Title: Can a 25-year-old drive a 45-seat passenger bus?
According to Point e Clause 4 Article 59 and Point d Clause 1 Article 60 of the 2008 Road Traffic Law regulating driver's licenses of various classes as follows:
- Class E licenses are issued to drivers of passenger cars with more than 30 seats and the types of vehicles stipulated for Class B1, B2, C, D driver's licenses.
- The age of drivers is regulated as follows:
Persons 27 years old or older are allowed to drive passenger cars with more than 30 seats; drive Class D vehicles towing trailers (FD);
=> According to the above regulation, if you want to drive a 45-seater passenger car, you must be 27 years old or older and need a Class E driver's license. Hence, in the case of being only 25 years old, you do not meet the age requirement to drive this vehicle.
Sincerely!
