Time Limit for Resolving the Application for Airport Business License Issuance

According to the provisions of Clause 9, Article 1 of Circular 30/2020/TT-BGTVT (Effective from January 15, 2021), this content is regulated as follows:

Within 10 days from the date of receiving a complete application in accordance with regulations, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam shall assess and issue an Airport Business License according to Form No. 13 specified in the Appendix issued with this Circular; in case of refusal to issue the License, a written response must be sent to the applicant stating the reasons.

In case the application is not valid, within 03 working days from the date of receiving the application, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam shall issue a written response, guiding the applicant to submit additional and complete documents as required.

The above are the deadlines for resolving requests for Airport Business Licenses.
