Based on Clause 2.3.2 Section II National Technical Regulations QCVN 39:2020/BGTVT issued together with Circular 08/2020/TT-BGTVT (effective from November 1, 2020) stipulates:

| Shape: Square sign Color: Sign background in white, sign border in red, dashed arrow symbol, and length of the tug convoy (3 digits) in black Meaning: Indicates "Ahead is a channel section where the tugging capacity of the vehicle is limited. The maximum length of the tug convoy must not exceed the 3 digits indicated on the sign and is measured in meters." |
