1. How is Sign I.423c “Beginning of Pedestrian Path” regulated?
According to Appendix E issued together with National Technical Regulation QCVN 41:2019/BGTVT, the regulation for Sign I.423c “Beginning of Pedestrian Path” is as follows:
To guide pedestrians and drivers about where the pedestrian path begins, Sign I.423c "Beginning of Pedestrian Path" is placed. This sign is not used for crosswalks where pedestrians cross the road.

2. The significance of Sign I.424 (a,b) "Pedestrian Overpass"?
According to Appendix E issued together with National Technical Regulation QCVN 41:2019/BGTVT, the regulation for Sign I.424 (a,b) "Pedestrian Overpass" is as follows:
To guide pedestrians to use the overpass, Sign I.424 (a,b) "Pedestrian Overpass" is placed. Depending on the actual direction of pedestrian traffic, either Sign I.424a or Sign I.424b is used.
When pedestrians can easily recognize the pedestrian overpass, the use of Sign I.424 (a,b) may not be necessary.

According to Appendix E issued together with National Technical Regulation QCVN 41:2019/BGTVT, the regulation for Sign I.424 (c,d) "Pedestrian Underpass" is as follows:
To guide pedestrians to use the underpass, Sign I.424 (c,d) "Pedestrian Underpass" is placed. Depending on the actual direction of pedestrian traffic through the underpass, either Sign I.424c or Sign I.424d is used.

4. What are the standards for Sign I.425 "Hospital"?
According to Appendix E issued together with National Technical Regulation QCVN 41:2019/BGTVT, the standards for Sign I.425 "Hospital" are as follows:
a) To indicate that a medical facility such as a hospital, clinic, or health station is near the road, Sign I.425 "Hospital" is placed.
b) Upon seeing this sign, traffic participants should slow down, pay attention, and avoid using horns.

5. How is Sign I.426 "First Aid Station" used?
According to Appendix E issued together with National Technical Regulation QCVN 41:2019/BGTVT, the usage of Sign I.426 "First Aid Station" is regulated as follows:
To indicate a first aid station near the road, Sign I.426 "First Aid Station" is placed.
