Request for issuance of a certificate for Type III driving test center: Is a construction permit required?

According to Clause 1, Article 22 of Decree 65/2016/ND-CP on the procedures for issuing a certificate for a Category 3 driving test center to be eligible for operation, the requirements are as follows:

- Construction permit (a copy attached with the original for comparison or a certified copy);

- Overall layout drawing, design file of the test site dimensions, types of motor vehicles used for testing.
