Report Content to the Civil Aviation Authority on the Implementation of Airport Planning
According to Clause 2, Article 1 of Circular 30/2020/TT-BGTVT (Effective from January 15, 2021) amending Circular 17/2016/TT-BGTVT, this content is stipulated as follows:
- Name of the report: Report on the implementation status of airport master plans;
- Content of the report: The contents related to the implementation status of airport master plans as stipulated in Form No. 15 of the Appendix issued together with this Circular;
- Method of sending and receiving the report: The report can be in the form of paper documents or electronic documents. The report is sent to the receiving agency by one of the following methods: direct submission, via postal service, fax, via the email system, or other methods as regulated by law;
- Frequency of reporting: Annually;
- Deadline for submitting the report: Before December 18 each year;
- Reporting data cut-off time: From December 15 of the year preceding the reporting period to December 14 of the reporting period;
- Report outline template: According to the regulations in Form No. 15 of the Appendix issued together with this Circular.
