Reinvestigating Maritime Accidents Under Which Circumstances?
According to Article 20 of Circular 01/2020/TT-BGTVT (effective from March 15, 2020), it is stipulated to reinvestigate maritime accidents in the following case:
In the event that new evidence is provided or collected that fundamentally changes the cause of the maritime accident, the Director of the Maritime Port Authority shall decide to reinvestigate the said accident.
