In Section 3.1.2 QCVN 106:2020/BGTVT National technical regulations on simulation equipment for driver training - car driving learning cabin issued together with Circular 37/2020/TT-BGTVT regulations on declaration of conformity on equipment serving driver training management are as follows:
3.1.2.1. Simulation equipment for car driving training products declared conformity must be based on the results of certification of conformity by a certification organization designated by the Ministry of Transport according to the provisions of Decree No. 132/2008/ND-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Ministry of Transport. The Government details the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Product and Goods Quality (amended and supplemented by Decree No. 74/2018/ND-CP dated May 15, 2018 and Decree No. 54/2018 /ND-CP November 9, 2018).
3.1.2.2. Directorate for Roads of Vietnam is a specialized management agency, receiving dossiers of declaration of conformity from organizations and individuals producing and trading simulation equipment for car driving training according to the provisions of law.

What are standard requirements for labeling goods and equipment for driver training management in Vietnam?
In Section 3.2 QCVN 106:2020/BGTVT National technical regulations on simulation equipment for driver training - car driving learning cabin issued together with Circular 37/2020/TT-BGTVT regulations requirements for labeling goods and equipment serving driver training management are as follows:
3.2.1. The labeling of goods must comply with Decree No. 43/2017/ND-CP dated April 14, 2017 of the Government on goods labels. Product labels must be pasted, attached, printed or molded directly onto the product and commercial packaging in a position for observation. Product labels must display the following minimum information:
- Name and serial number of goods;
- Name and phone number of the manufacturing or importing unit responsible for the quality of the goods;
- Month and year of manufacture;
- Voltage used;
- Origin of goods.
3.2.2. The conformity mark is used to print on packaging and accompanying technical documents and must be attached to the simulation equipment for car driving training product in an easy-to-observe location. The conformity mark must be designed in the same color for identification, not easily erased and cannot be removed and reattached.

In Section 3.3 QCVN 106:2020/BGTVT National technical regulations on simulation equipment for driver training - car driving learning cabin issued together with Circular 37/2020/TT-BGTVT stipulates the organization and implementation of equipment for driver training management as follows:
3.3.1. Vietnam Road Administration is responsible for managing regulation conformity announcement activities and coordinating with relevant agencies to inspect the implementation of this Regulation.
3.3.2. In case the standards, regulations and legal regulations cited in this Regulation are changed, supplemented or replaced, the new documents shall apply.
