According to Article 3 of Circular 10/2020/TT-BGTVT (effective from July 1, 2020) stipulating the funding sources for implementing public service provision for the maintenance of national inland waterways. To be specific:
Regular state budget funds in the field of inland waterway economic services as stipulated by the Law on State Budget.
Fees retained for the operation of providing services and collecting fees in accordance with the law on fees and charges.
Other sources as stipulated by law (if any).
