Principles of Operation of the Inland Waterway Port Authority Regulations?

According to Article 6 of Circular 18/2021/TT-BGTVT (Effective from November 1, 2021) regarding operating principles as follows:

1. The organization and operation of the Inland Waterway Port Authority must comply with the provisions of the Inland Waterway Traffic Law, this Circular, other relevant legal provisions, and international treaties to which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a member.

2. The Inland Waterway Port Authority under the Vietnam Inland Waterway Administration is subject to the direct leadership of the Director of the Vietnam Inland Waterway Administration.

3. The Inland Waterway Port Authority under the Department is subject to the direct leadership of the Director of the Department; and subject to the guidance, inspection, and management of professional and operational expertise by the Vietnam Inland Waterway Administration.
