Preserving Results When Passing the Theory Part of the B2 License Exam? Are Theory Test Results for the A1 Driving License Preserved?
Can the theoretical part of the B2 driving test be retained if passed?
Clause 16, Article 1 of Circular 38/2019/TT-BGTVT stipulates as follows:
Article 27. Recognition of test results
- Recognition of test results for candidates taking the practical driving test for automatic B1, B1, B2, C, D, E, and F classes:
d) Candidates who pass the theoretical test, traffic situation simulation software, and practical driving test in the examination area will have their successful test results retained for 01 year from the date of passing the nearest examination; if they wish to retake the test, they must meet the age conditions, have a valid driver's medical certificate issued by a competent medical facility according to regulations, and be listed in the absentee or fail record of the previous test council or examination team.
