Order on Passenger Transportation by Automobile: Regulations and Guidelines
The Order for Passenger Transportation by Automobile is stipulated in Article 25 of Circular 12/2020/TT-BGTVT. To be specific:
- The transportation order is printed by the enterprise or cooperative according to the form specified in Appendix 6 issued together with this Circular. In addition to the mandatory contents specified in Appendix 6, the enterprise or cooperative may supplement other contents to serve the management tasks of the unit.
- The enterprise or cooperative is responsible for managing, issuing, and inspecting the use of the transportation order; storing the executed transportation order for a minimum period of 03 years.
- The passenger bus station is responsible for updating the nationwide bus station management software with information about the transportation order that has been stamped with confirmation.
