Minimum Safe Manning of Machinery Departments according to Main Engine Total Power (kW) of Ships
According to Point b, Clause 1, Article 62 of Circular 03/2020/TT-BGTVT (effective from April 15, 2020), the regulations for minimum safe manning requirements for the engine department based on the total power of the main engine (kW) of a seagoing vessel are as follows:
