License Plate Code for Cars and Motorbikes in Soc Trang Province
Before any automobile or motorcycle is put into circulation or use in Vietnam, it must be registered with a competent state agency and have a unique license plate (motor vehicle control plate). Thus, license plate 83 is managed and issued by the Traffic Police Department of Soc Trang province for vehicles within the province.

- Long Phu District: 83-P1 and 83-P2
- My Tu District: 83-P1 and 83-P2
- Ke Sach District: 83-C1
- Chau Thanh District: 83-C1
- Nga Nam Town: 83-E1
- Cu Lao Dung District: 83-D1
