Is it possible to register a temporary vehicle multiple times?
According to Article 14 of Circular 58/2020/TT-BCA, it is stipulated:
Article 14. Validity period of the temporary vehicle registration certificate, place of temporary vehicle registration
The temporary vehicle registration certificate is valid for a maximum usage period of 30 days.
Vehicles falling under the categories specified in Clause 2, Clause 3, Clause 5 of Article 13 of this Circular: The validity period of the temporary vehicle registration certificate is recorded according to the period permitted by the competent authority for such activities.
Temporarily registered vehicles are allowed to participate in traffic according to the period, route, and scope of activities recorded in the temporary vehicle registration certificate.
The vehicle owner can register at the nearest vehicle registration agency.
=> Therefore, the current regulation on temporary vehicle registration does not stipulate the ability to register temporary vehicles multiple times.
