Article 10 of Circular 22/2018/ND-CP stipulates the requirements for goods to be transported by rail as follows:

- The enterprise shall accept to transport all types of goods, except for the following types of goods:

+ Goods that are prohibited from circulation in railway activities according to the provisions of law;

+ Goods that are not suitable for the technical conditions of railway transportation;

+ Goods that do not meet the provisions of Article 62, Article 63, Article 64, and Article 65 of the Railway Law.

- When the goods require high-quality and technical standards for transportation, there must be an agreement and consensus between the enterprise and the transporter.

Thus, based on the above regulation, the transportation enterprise will accept all types of goods, including motorcycles. However, it must ensure sufficient technical safety conditions for transportation (Clause 3, Article 62 of the Railway Law 2017).
