Is it allowed to lie on the roof of a train car?

According to Clause 9, Article 9 of the Railway Law 2017 regulating prohibited acts in railway activities as follows:

Walking, standing, lying, sitting, or other actions on the roof of the carriage, locomotive, the steps of the carriage; clinging, standing, sitting on either side of the carriage, locomotive, the coupling area between carriages, locomotives; opening the door to get on or off the train, sticking your head, hands, feet, and other objects outside the carriage while the train is running, except for railway staff, and competent forces performing their duties.

Thus, based on the above regulation, only railway staff and competent forces performing their duties are allowed to lie on the roof of the train carriage.
