How to Distinguish Contracted Vehicles from Other Vehicles?

Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 7 of Decree 10/2020/ND-CP regulating passenger transportation business cars under contract as follows:

- Must have the “XE HOP DONG” (Contract Car) badge affixed fixedly on the right side inside the front windshield of the car; must have other information posted on the car;

- Must have the phrase “XE HOP DONG” (Contract Car) made of reflective material affixed (fixedly posted) on the front and rear windshields of the car; the minimum size of the phrase “XE HOP DONG” (Contract Car) is 06 x 20 cm;

- Must implement the provision at Point c, Clause 1, Article 6 of this Decree.

=> Therefore, contract cars must have a badge affixed inside the car; however, the most recognizable feature is that contract cars are required to have the phrase “XE HOP DONG” (Contract Car) with the dimensions of 06x20 cm on the front and rear windshields.
