How to Distinguish Between Passenger Cars and Other Types of Vehicles?

Based on Clause 1, Article 8 of Decree 10/2020/ND-CP, regulations regarding passenger transport tourism vehicles are as follows:

- Must have the sign "XE O TO VAN TAI KHACH DU LICH" and be affixed permanently on the right side of the front windshield of the vehicle; must display the necessary information on the vehicle;

- The phrase "XE DU LICH" made of reflective material must be affixed (permanently attached) on the front and rear windshields of the vehicle; the minimum size of the phrase "XE DU LICH" is 06 x 20 cm;

- Comply with the provisions at Point c, Clause 1, Article 6 of this Decree.

=> Therefore, passenger transport tourism vehicles must affix the phrase "XE DU LICH" with the size 06x20 cm on the front and rear of the vehicle, which you can use to distinguish them.
