Five Conditions for Organizing Bidding for the Provision of Public Non-Business Services in Inland Waterway Maintenance
According to Clause 2, Article 6 of Circular 10/2020/TT-BGTVT (Effective from July 01, 2020) which stipulates the conditions for organizing the tender for providing public service management and maintenance of inland waterways. To be specific:
- The approved contractor selection plan;
- The approved bidding invitation documents;
- Information about the tender has been published in accordance with the legal regulations on tendering;
- The content, list of public service management, and maintenance of inland waterways approved;
- The approved tender package price for public service management and maintenance of inland waterways according to regulations.
