File requesting consideration for awarding the Commemorative Medal for the Cause of Transport Development should be submitted to which agency?

According to Article 8 of Circular 50/2019/TT-BGTVT, you need to prepare a dossier to apply for the Commemorative Medal for the Cause of Transport of Vietnam, including the following documents:

- A proposal letter from the requesting unit, following Form No. 01 issued together with Circular 50/2019/TT-BGTVT (01 original);

- A nomination list following Form No. 02 issued together with Circular 50/2019/TT-BGTVT (01 original);

- A summary of achievements and work process of the individual, certified by the presenting unit and the head of the directly managing agency/unit, following Form No. 03 (01 original);

- Relevant Decisions (copies) related to the awarding of the Commemorative Medal for individuals in the sector who have worked in remote, isolated, mountainous areas, or islands, or officials who have held leadership positions at the department level, General Department, directly under the Ministry of Transport (or equivalent) or higher for at least 05 years, or who are leaders of the Department of Transport.

- For the subjects specified in Clause 2 (excluding subjects who are leaders at the department level under the Ministry of Transport or higher) and Clause 3, Article 5 of this Circular, there must be a consensus document for the commendation from the Provincial People's Committee or the managing Ministry/sector.

Thus, you need to prepare a dossier including the above-mentioned documents and send it directly or via postal mail or other forms to the Ministry of Transport.
