Certificate of Training in Fire Prevention and Fighting Professional Skills Valid Nationwide
Pursuant to Clause 5, Article 16 of Circular 66/2014/TT-BCA, after completing the fire prevention and fighting training program, with satisfactory test results, the competent Fire Prevention and Fighting Police agency shall issue a fire prevention and fighting training certificate within 05 working days.
Thus, within 05 working days from the date of achieving satisfactory test results, you will be issued a fire prevention and fighting training certificate.
Furthermore, Clause 6 of this Article and Clause 1, Article 1 of Circular 36/2018/TT-BCA also stipulate:
The fire prevention and fighting training certificate is issued by the Director of the Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police Department, Head of the Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police Division of the provincial police agency, and is valid nationwide for a duration of 02 years from the date of issuance. After this period, retraining is required to be issued a new certificate.
Thus, according to this regulation, the fire prevention and fighting training certificate is valid nationwide for a duration of 02 years from the date of issuance. After this period, retraining is required to be issued a new certificate, it is not automatically reissued upon expiry.
