Cases requiring re-approval of airport operations documentation

Clause 2 Article 56 Decree 05/2021/ND-CP stipulates this content as follows:

2. The airport operator shall periodically review the airport operation manual once a year or when requested by the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, or when there are changes related to the contents of the airport operation manual that affect the methods and procedures of operations, the airport operator shall submit the revised airport operation manual to the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam for re-approval. The application dossier includes:

a) An application letter for approval;

b) Draft amendment and supplementation content of the manual;

c) Supporting documents proving the amendment and supplementation content;

d) Number of applications: 01 set.

=> According to the above regulations, the re-approval application for the airport operation manual is to be implemented in the following cases:

- The airport operator periodically reviews once a year;

- When requested by the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam;

- When there are changes related to the contents of the airport operation manual affecting the methods and procedures of operations.
