- Epilepsy with seizures in the past 24 months (with or without medication).
- Paralysis affecting two or more limbs.
- Extrapyramidal syndrome.
- Deep sensory disturbances.
- Vertigo due to pathological causes.
Thus, according to the current regulations, individuals who have had epilepsy seizures within the past 24 months are not eligible for a Class B1 driver's license. Please compare the above regulations with your relative's condition.
