Can I drive a motorbike with only a class B1 car driving license in Vietnam?

Can I drive a motorbike with only a class B1 car driving license in Vietnam? Can a person who is 18 years old take a class B1 driving license in Vietnam?

Hello, I have a problem that needs to be answered. I only have a B1 class driving license, not an A1 class driving license. Currently, my car has to be repaired, so I have to temporarily ride my daughter's motorbike. Let me ask, can I drive a motorbike if I have a car driving license? And my daughter is only 18 years old this year, can she take the test to get a driving license?

Please advise. Thankyou.
