Can a 17-year-old ride an Exciter 150?
Exciter 150 Motorcycle means a vehicle with a cylinder capacity of 150 cm3 (CC).
Article 60 of the 2008 Road Traffic Law stipulates the driving age as follows:
- Persons aged 16 and above are allowed to drive motorbikes with a cylinder capacity of under 50 cm3;
- Persons aged 18 and above are allowed to drive two-wheeled motorcycles, three-wheeled motorcycles with a cylinder capacity of 50 cm3 and above, and vehicles of similar construction; trucks, tractors with a payload under 3,500 kg; passenger cars with up to 9 seats;
- Persons aged 21 and above are allowed to drive trucks, tractors with a payload of 3,500 kg and above; drive category B2 vehicles towing trailers (FB2);

Therefore, in order to drive an Exciter 150, one must be at least 18 years old. In the case of a 17-year-old, it is not permitted to drive this vehicle.
