Application Dossier for Issuance of Business Transportation Vehicle Emblem

Pursuant to Clause 4, Article 22 of Decree 10/2020/ND-CP (Effective April 1, 2020), the application dossier for issuing badges must ensure the following components:

- An application form for issuing badges as stipulated in Appendix V of this Decree;

- A copy of the automobile registration certificate or a copy of the appointment letter for receiving the automobile registration certificate from the registration authority. In the case where the vehicle is not owned by the transport business unit, an additional copy of one of the following documents must be presented: A written vehicle lease contract with an organization or individual, or a service contract between a member and the cooperative, or a business cooperation contract.
