Agency in charge of issuing license plates for vehicles of the Ministry of Public Security?
Based on Clause 3, Article 3 of Circular 58/2020/TT-BCA stipulating the vehicle registration authority as follows:
The Traffic Police Department registers and issues license plates for vehicles of the Ministry of Public Security; vehicles of diplomatic representative offices, consular agencies, representative offices of international organizations in Vietnam, and vehicles of foreigners working in those offices; vehicles of agencies and organizations specified in Appendix 01 attached to this Circular.
Therefore, according to the provisions of this Circular, the authority to issue license plates for the Ministry of Public Security is the Traffic Police Department.
