Where to submit online application in Vietnam to study in China in 2024?
In Section 3, Notice 1907/TB-BGDDT 2023 stipulates deadline for submitting pre-qualification applications to study in China in 2024 as follows:
3. Prequalification application submission process
3.1. Submit online application simultaneously at the following 02 addresses:
3.1.1. Vietnamese documents: Candidates must scan and save all documents into PDF format files (each type of document is scanned into a separate file with a capacity of no more than 1 MB) to register online at https:/ /tuyensinh.vied.vn/ before January 16, 2024.
3.1.2. Chinese and English documents: Applicants must register their English/Chinese documents on the website: www.campuschina.org before February 15, 2024.
3.2. Submit paper application
Applicants submit 01 set of Vietnamese paper documents (according to appendix 1, 2, 3) and 02 sets of Chinese and English paper documents (according to appendix 4) by registered express mail to the Department of International Cooperation - Ministry of Education and Training, 35 Dai Co Viet, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi before January 16, 2024 (the province will transfer documents to the Department of International Cooperation according to the postmark).

What general conditions must applicants in Vietnam meet to study in China in 2024?
In Subsection 2.1, Section 2, Notice 1907/TB-BGDDT 2023 stipulates that candidates applying to study in China in 2024 must meet the following general conditions:
- Have good political and moral qualities and are not under disciplinary action or being considered for disciplinary action by a competent authority;
- Healthy enough to study abroad, upon admission and annually
China will organize health examinations again. In case you are found to be sick or not healthy enough due to falsifying documents to go to school, you will have to return home and bear all related expenses;
- Haven't registered for any scholarship program to study abroad in 2024
- Commit to completing the training program and returning to serve at the sending agency or at the request of the State.
Those who do not complete the training program, drop out of school, are forced to drop out of school, or do not return to their country of service after graduation or do not fully fulfill their obligations as scholarship recipients must compensate the training costs under the current regulations;
The field of study registered for admission must be consistent with the field of study in master's degree and the job used;
You can only register for 01 major (see more detailed information on the website: http://www.campuschina.org) and are not allowed to arbitrarily change the major or training facility after registering for admission and being accepted. Admission to study according to announcements of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, the National Committee of the China Scholarship Fund and training institutions in China;
- You can only register for higher training levels than those with a diploma;
- Foreign language requirements: The language used in study and research is Chinese or English, candidates must meet one of the following regulations:
+ Have a valid HSK level 4 or higher certificate or have a university or master's degree studied in China in Chinese (in case of applying to study in Chinese),
+ Have an English certificate of TOEFL ITP 500 points or IELTS 5.5 or higher or equivalent issued by a competent international agency that is still valid or have a university or master's degree studied in English abroad ( in case of applying to study in English);
+ If applicants do not have a foreign language, they can register to study in Chinese (the pharmacy arranges 01 year of Chinese language preparatory study in China) and must pass the Chinese language national exam organized by the Chinese Government before entering specialized studies.
- Do not consider recruiting candidates in the following cases:
+ Have ever been sent by a State agency to study abroad but did not complete the course or fail to submit a graduation report as prescribed;
+ Currently working at a domestic agency but does not have a document from the direct management agency agreeing to nominate candidates;
+ Have been granted a scholarship to study abroad at university/post-graduate school, currently have obligations, responsibilities or are subject to reimbursement of training costs;
+ Have been selected to study abroad but did not attend school for personal reasons (the application period is 01 year from the date of application to withdraw from school).
