Pursuant to Appendix 2 issued with the Regulations on University and College Admissions in the field of Early Childhood Education issued together with Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT stipulating priority policy subjects as follows :
- Priority target group 01:
+ Vietnamese citizens who are ethnic minorities with permanent residence during high school or intermediate school for more than 18 months in Region 1;
+ Direct production workers who have worked continuously for 5 years or more, including at least 2 years as emulation soldiers recognized and awarded certificates of merit by the provincial level or higher;
+ Wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, people with "Certificate of people enjoying policies like war invalids;
+ Military personnel; officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers on active duty in the People's Public Security who are sent to study with a service period of 12 months or more in Region 1;
+ Military personnel; officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers on active duty in the People's Public Security who are sent to study with a service period of 18 months or more;
+ Military personnel; officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers serving in the People's Public Security who have been demobilized and recognized for completing their active duty service according to regulations.
+ Relatives of martyrs;
+ Children of war invalids, children of sick soldiers, children of people receiving policies such as war invalids whose working capacity has been reduced by 81% or more;
+ Children of resistance activists exposed to toxic chemicals have their working capacity reduced by 81% or more;
+ Son of a Hero of the People's Armed Forces; children of Labor Heroes during the resistance period;
+ Children of resistance activists with deformities and deformities as a result of toxic chemicals are receiving monthly benefits.
- Priority target group 02:
+ Young volunteer volunteers are sent to study;
+ Military personnel; officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers on active duty in the People's Public Security sent to study with a service period of less than 12 months in Region 1 and less than 18 months in other regions;
+ Commander and Deputy Commander of the military command of communes, wards and towns; Village captain, Platoon leader of Core Militia and Self-Defense Force, Militia and Self-Defense Force have completed the obligation to join the Core Militia and Self-Defense Force for 12 months or more, and take the exam to enter the Grassroots Military branch. The maximum period of priority is 18 months from the date of signing the demobilization decision to the date of registration for admission.
+ Vietnamese citizens who are ethnic minorities with permanent residence outside the prescribed area are subject to category 01;
+ Children of war invalids, children of sick soldiers, children of people receiving policies such as war invalids whose working capacity has been reduced by less than 81%;
+ Children of resistance activists exposed to toxic chemicals have a working capacity decline rate of less than 81%.
+ People with severe disabilities have a disability certificate issued by a competent authority;
+ Outstanding workers of all economic sectors from the provincial, ministerial level and above are recognized as good workers and artisans, and are awarded diplomas or Creative Labor badges from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor or the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee;
+ Teachers who have taught for 3 years or more apply for teacher training majors;
+ Nurses, pharmacists, midwives, physicians, nurses, technicians, people with intermediate degrees in Pharmacy who have worked for 3 years or more are eligible to enroll in the right graduate major in the field of health.
