Pursuant to Article 4 of the Decision 3773/QĐ-BGDĐT in 2022 stipulating as follows:

Time limit for assosciation to organize IELTS English certification exam between British Council (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., Dong A Education Technology Co., Ltd., ODIN Education and Training Development Joint Stock Company, and University Access Center Vietnam Co., Ltd and British Council (United Kingdom) is 05 years from the effective date of this Decision.

As regulations above, the time limit for assosciation between approved companies and British Council to organize IELTS examination in Vietnam is 5 years.
