When Can You Receive Your Degree with a List of Graduates Eligible for Graduation?
According to Article 14 of the Regulations on Undergraduate Education issued together with Circular 08/2021/TT-BGDDT on the recognition of graduation and the issuance of graduation diplomas, in which:
- Students are considered and recognized for graduation when they meet the following conditions:
a) Accumulate the required courses, credits, and complete other mandatory contents as required by the training program, meeting the output standards of the training program;
b) The cumulative grade point average of the entire course must be at least average or higher;
c) At the time of graduation consideration, the student is not subject to criminal prosecution or is not currently under disciplinary action of being suspended from study.
- Students who meet the graduation conditions will have the principal of the training institution issue a decision recognizing their graduation and awarding their diplomas within 03 months from the time when the student meets all graduation conditions and fulfills obligations with the training institution.
