When Are Students Allowed to Transfer Universities?

Article 9 of the Regulations on Training for University and College Levels under the Regular System, issued with Decision No. 25/2006/QD-BGDDT, stipulates:

Students may be considered for transfer if they meet the following conditions:

- During their study period, if their family relocates or the student faces difficult circumstances, necessitating a transfer to a school near the family's new residence for more convenient study;

- The student requests a transfer to a school that offers the same or a related field of study as their current program;

- Approval is obtained from both the President of the school they are transferring from and the President of the school they are transferring to.

Accordingly, you may transfer to the College System of Polytechnic University if you meet the following conditions:

- Your family relocates or you face difficult circumstances, necessitating a transfer to a school near the family's new residence for more convenient study;

- The College System of Polytechnic University offers an Automotive Technology program or another program in the same field as the Automotive Technology program you are currently enrolled in;

- Approval is obtained from the President of Hanoi University of Business and Technology and the President of Polytechnic University.
