I would like to ask, according to the current law, what is defined as a visiting lecturer? Which document stipulates this issue?Looking forward to receiving advice from the Editorial Board of Law Secretary.Thank you very much!Email: thanhtam90****@gmail.comThe activities of visiting lectures are stipulated in Article 2 of Circular 44/2011/TT-BGDDT on visiting lecture policies in educational institutions issued by the Minister of Education and Training as follows:
- Visiting lectures refer to the practice where an educational institution invites educators or individuals who meet the educator standards stipulated in Article 5 of this Regulation to:
a) Teach subjects and modules prescribed in the preschool, general education, continuing education, vocational intermediate, and university programs;
b) Teach specialized topics;
c) Guide, participate in grading, and the panel of grading projects, graduation theses; guide, participate in the panel evaluating master's theses, and doctoral dissertations;
d) Guide experiments, practices, and internships according to educational programs;
e) Participate in developing and enhancing training programs, compiling textbooks, teaching materials, and reference books.
Additionally, this content is also guided by Circular 44/2011/TT-BGDDT.
