What is the Conduct Rating for Being Disrespectful to Teachers?
According to Clause 4, Article 4 of the Regulations on Evaluation and Grading of Lower and Upper Secondary School Students, issued with Circular 58/2011/TT-BGDDT, the standards for conduct grading are specified as follows:
Weak Grade:
Not meeting the average grade standards or having any of the following shortcomings:
- Serious violations or repeated violations in the implementation of the provisions stated in Clause 1 of this Article, despite being educated but not rectified;
- Disrespectful behavior, insulting the dignity, honor, or body of teachers, school staff; insulting the dignity and honor of peers or others;
- Cheating in studying, tests, exams;
- Fighting, causing disorder and security disturbances both within the school and in society; violating traffic safety regulations; damaging public property or the property of others.
Based on the above regulations, if you exhibit disrespectful behavior towards teachers, you will be classified in the weak conduct grade.
