What is a Textbook?
Pursuant to Point a Clause 4 Article 2 of Decision 37/2018/QD-TTg, it is stipulated that:
"Textbook" refers to teaching and learning materials that are consistent with the educational and training program, approved and selected by the head of a higher education institution, or approved by the Minister of Education and Training.
Above is the definition of "textbook" according to the stipulations of this Decision.
