What documents may candidates use to replace the ID card in the High School Graduation Examination in 2024?
Pursuant to Subsection 2 Section 2 of Official Dispatch 1277/BGDDT-QLCL in 2024:
Work on organizing the Exam Council and registering for the exam
...
- Registering for the exam and applying for graduation recognition:
a) Candidates' accounts on the Examination Management System:
- High schools provide accounts and passwords to candidates as per Point a, Clause 1, Article 12 of the Exam Regulations (referred to as students currently in Grade 12) and guide candidates on preparing documentation to register for the exam.
- The unit responsible for exam registration provides accounts and passwords to candidates as per Points b, c, Clause 1, Article 12 of the Exam Regulations (referred to as free candidates) after they submit their documentation to register for the exam.
- The account is the national ID card number or 9-digit identity card number or personal identification number issued by the Police Department. For candidates who lack an ID card/9-digit identity card number/personal identification number or do not have Vietnamese nationality, their passport number is used instead. In cases where candidates do not have an ID card/9-digit identity card number/personal identification number/passport number, the Examination Management System System will assign them a 12-character code for management.
...
dd) Some notes during the registration process:
- The candidate's photo on the system must ensure a resolution of 400x600 pixels, taken in the style of a national ID card, and not older than 6 months from the date of submission.
- Candidates who have registered for preliminary admission must use the same ID card number/9-digit identity card number/personal identification number/passport number when registering for the exam, preliminary admission, and university/college admission.
...
During the registration process, candidates registering for preliminary admission must use a consistent form of personal identification when registering for the exam, registering for preliminary admission, and registering for university/college admissions. These identification documents include:
