a) Application for support (for primary school students according to Form No. 01, for junior high school students according to Form No. 02 in the Appendix attached to this Decree).
b) Household registration book (a copy with the original for comparison or a certified copy from the original; in case the household registration book is lost, there must be a confirmation letter from the Chief of the Commune Police).

What are procedures and processes for approving support for primary school students at general schools in special difficulty communes in Vietnam?
According to Article 7 of Decree 116/2016/ND-CP, the following procedures and procedures are required to approve support:
1. Procedures and time frame
a) At the time of first-grade students applying for admission, the school with students studying under the support program specified in this Decree shall organize the dissemination, announcement widely, and guide the parents (or legal guardians) and students who are entitled to the program to prepare the documents specified at Clause 1 or Clause 2 or Clause 3 of Article 6 of this Decree;
b) Within 10 working days, from the date of posting the announcement, the family or student submits the documents to the school. Each subject submits 01 set of documents for the first time when applying for evaluation and issuance in the same school, only in case of being a poor household, it must submit additional documents proving that it is a poor household each academic year;
c) Within 5 working days, from the date of the deadline for submitting documents, the school is responsible for reviewing and compiling the documents as specified in Clause 4 or Clause 5 of Article 6 of this Decree to send to the Department of Education and Training for primary schools and junior high schools; send to the Department of Education and Training for senior high schools.
2. Procedures, procedures, and authority to decide on support
a) Within 5 working days, from the date of receiving the application for support from the schools, the Department of Education and Training summarizes and submits to the People's Committee of the district for approval; The Department of Education and Training summarizes and submits to the People's Committee of the province for approval;
