What are regulations on the exam regulations in organizing university and college entrance exams for preschool pedagogy in Vietnam?

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 14 of the Regulation on university and college enrollment in preschool education promulgated together with Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT stipulating the exam regulations in organizing university and college entrance exams for preschool pedagogy in Vietnam as follows:

1. Examination regulations must be approved by the science and training council of the training institution that organizes the exam and signed and promulgated by the principal or director of the training institution, serving as a basis for organizing the performance of tasks before, during and after the exam in accordance with the general requirements and basic principles specified in Articles 3 and 4 of these Regulations.

2. The content of the exam regulations must include provisions on:

a) Scope of enrollment, subjects and conditions for examination;

b) Exam outline and exam format;

c) Exam organization procedures and tasks and powers of participating organizations and individuals (preparing for the exam, organizing exam registration, making exam questions, reviewing exams, marking exams... );

d) Security and anti-cheating measures in the exam;

dd) Publicity, reporting and archiving regimes;

e) Inspection, examination, handling of incidents, handling of violations.

3. Exam regulations must be trained for all participants in exam work and fully disseminated to candidates.

What are regulations on the scheme for organizing the exam in the organization of the university and college entrance exam in preschool pedagogy in Vietnam?

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 15 of the Regulation on university and college enrollment in preschool education promulgated together with Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT on the scheme for organizing the exam in the organization of the university and college entrance exam in preschool pedagogy in Vietnam as follows:

1. The exam organization scheme is issued by the principal or director of the training institution that organizes the exam, demonstrating the accountability and commitments of the training institution to the state management agencies, candidates and the whole society about the purpose and conditions of quality assurance of the exam; meet the general requirements and basic principles specified in Articles 3 and 4 of this Regulation.

2. The exam organization scheme includes the following main contents:

a) Purpose and nature of the exam (entrance exam, independent exam or supplementary exam);

b) The plan to organize the exam and the list of training institutions that cooperate or have announced the use of exam results;

c) Information and evidence for fully meeting the exam organization capacity as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 12 of this Regulation;

d) Contents of the exam regulations (in the form of an appendix or a link to the document on the website of the training institution);

dd) Specific instructions for candidates to carry out the procedures for registration and participation in the exam, including regulations on fees for examination organization services.

3. The exam organization scheme may be adjusted or supplemented during the implementation process, but must not be detrimental to candidates or reduce the opportunity to access the exam smoothly and fairly for candidates.

What are regulations on development of an admissions plan in the admission of formal training in universities and colleges in preschool pedagogy in Vietnam?

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 16 of the Regulation on university and college enrollment in preschool education promulgated together with Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT on development of an admissions plan in the admission of formal training in universities and colleges in preschool pedagogy in Vietnam as follows:

1. The Ministry of Education and Training shall issue a general plan for the recruitment of the first round of regular training so that training institutions can coordinate in implementing the following processes:

a) Register for admission on the Admissions Portal of the Ministry of Education and Training (referred to as the system within the scope of this Chapter) and on the National Public Service Portal;

b) Organize recruitment examination at training institutions by methods of using results of high school graduation exam or high school study results or test results and assessment of candidates;

c) Process aspirations on the system (according to an iterative cycle combined with the recruitment process at the training institution);

d) Confirm admission on the system and admission at the training institution.

2. Based on the general plan, the training institution shall develop a plan for direct enrollment, an early enrollment plan for a number of separate enrollment methods and a plan for additional admissions (if any).
