1. What are regulations on divisions of offices of preschools in Vietnam?
In Article 14 of Circular 52/2020/TT-BGDDT, there are regulations on divisions of offices of preschools as follows:
1. The members of a division of office include accountants, clerical staff, healthcare staff, treasurers, security guards, and other staff. Each division must have at least 3 members including the chief; if there are more than 7 members, there must be 1 deputy chief.
2. Tasks of divisions of offices:
a) Develop monthly and yearly operation plans of the division in order to serve the implementation of operations of the school on nurturing, caring, and educating children;
b) Assist the principal in managing the finance and asset and storing documents of the school.
c) Conduct advanced training in terms of profession and inspect and evaluate the quality and performance of members in the division according to plans of the school;
d) Participate in the evaluation and classification of members;
3. The division of office shall have activities periodically at least one time per month on the principle of democratic, respect, sharing, learning, and helping each other to improve the professional capability.
2. What are regulations on divisions of specialities of preschools in Vietnam?
In Article 13 of Circular 52/2020/TT-BGDDT, there are regulations on divisions of specialities as follows:
1. A division of specialty includes teachers according to their daycare homes, kindergartens; cooking staff. Each division must have at least 3 members including the chief; if there are more than 7 members, there must be 1 deputy chief.
2. Tasks of divisions of specialities:
a) Rely on plans of the school to develop and plans for general operations of the division by month and school year in order to perform the educational program for preschools.
b) Conduct advanced training in terms of profession and inspect and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nurturing, caring, and educating children; manage the use of documents, utensils, toys, and educational equipment of members of the division according to plans of the school;
c) Participate in evaluating and classifying teachers according to the professional standards for preschool teachers; participate in evaluating and classifying staff as per regulation.
3. The division of specialty shall have activities periodically at least two times per week on the principle of democracy, respect, sharing, learning, and helping each other to improve the professional capability.
