How many points will a candidate be deducted for the first warning in the High School Graduation Examination in 2024 in Vietnam?
According to Clause 4 Article 54 of the Regulations on the High School Graduation Examination issued with Circular 15/2020/TT-BGDDT, the following provisions are stipulated:

4. Deduction of examination scores
a) A candidate who receives a warning during a specific examination will have 25% of the total score for that examination deducted.
b) A candidate who receives a reprimand during a specific examination will have 50% of the total score for that examination deducted.
c) Examinations marked as detected violations during the grading process will have 50% of the overall score deducted.
d) Giving a score of 0 (zero): Examinations copied from unauthorized materials into the examination room; more than one submission for a single examination; examinations with writings from two or more people; parts of the examination written on draft paper or paper that does not meet the regulations.
e) A candidate who is suspended from a specific examination will receive a score of 0 (zero) for that examination and will not be allowed to continue taking the following examinations. The deduction of scores mentioned in points c and d of this section will be decided by the Chief of the Essay Grading Committee based on a written report from the Chief of the Essay Grading Subject.
5. Cancellation of examination results for candidates: Having two or more examinations scored 0 (zero) due to violations specified in point d of this section; writing or drawing unrelated content on the examination paper; having someone else take the examination or complete the examination on behalf of another person in any form; making modifications or additions to the completed examination after submission; using another person's work for submission. The decision to cancel the examination results will be made based on a written report from the Chairman of the Examination Board and the Director of the Department of Education and Training.

Requirements for examination papers
1. The examination papers for each subject/subject of the examination must meet the following requirements:
a) The content of the examination paper must comply with the provisions in Clause 2, Article 4 of these regulations.
b) Ensure accuracy, scientificity, and pedagogical nature; the wording and sentences must be clear.
c) Align with the knowledge and skills standards of the high school curriculum; ensure the classification of candidates.
d) For essay-type examinations, the score for each question must be clearly stated; the scores for essay and multiple-choice examinations must be converted to a scale of 10 (out of ten) for the entire paper and for the component subjects of combined examinations.
e) The examination paper must clearly indicate the number of pages (for examination papers with two or more pages); indicate the word "END" at the end of the examination paper.
2. In each examination session, each subject/examination has an official examination paper and a reserve examination paper that meet the requirements specified in Clause 1 of this Article; each examination paper is accompanied by an answer key, and for essay-type examinations, there are additional grading instructions.
According to these requirements, the examination papers for the High School Graduation Examination in 2024 need to meet the following criteria:
