Pursuant to Article 4 of the Circular 42/2021/TT-BGDĐT stipulating the Database of Education and Training in Vietnam as follows:

The Database of Education and Training is built and uniformly managed by the Ministry of Education and Training throughout the education sector including:

1. Database on preschool education.

2. Database of general education.

3. Database on continuing education.

4. Database on higher education (applicable to higher education institutions and pedagogical colleges).

What are content of the Database of preschool education in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 5 of the Circular 42/2021/TT-BGDĐT stipulating content of the Database of preschool education in Vietnam as follows:

The content of the database on preschool education include:

1. Information on the network of preschool educational institutions includes: Information about the educational institution, types of education, information about main schools, schools (if any) and other information in accordance with the law.

2. Information about kindergartens, children's groups/kindergarten classes (collectively referred to as classes) include: List of classes, classes by age group, compound classes, classes with 2 sessions/day, day-boarding classes, programs educational program and other information in accordance with the law.

3. Staff information includes: Basic information of educational institution managers, teachers and employees including general information, professional qualifications, training and retraining process, reward and discipline, computer skills, foreign languages, assessment of professional standards and other information in accordance with the law.

4. Learner information includes: Curriculum vitae, results of the child's learning, nurturing, health and other information in accordance with the law.

5. Information on facilities and equipment in the school includes: Basic information about facilities, teaching equipment, children's toys and other information in accordance with the law.

6. Financial information includes: Basic information about financial resources provided (revenue), expenditures and other information.

7. Other information as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training and competent management agencies.

The content of the database on general education (including elementary, middle and high school levels) include:

1. General education institution network information includes: Information about the educational institution, types of education, information about main schools, schools (if any) and other information in accordance with the law.

2. Class system information includes: Basic information about the list of classes, compound classes, classes with 2 sessions/day, day-boarding classes, foreign language classes, classes with integrated students and other information in accordance with the law.

3. Staff information includes: Basic information of educational institution managers, teachers and employees including general information, professional qualifications, training and retraining process, reward and discipline, computer skills, foreign languages, assessment of professional standards and other information in accordance with the law.

4. Learner's information includes: Curriculum vitae, learning process, learning results, assessment results of capacity - quality, training, health and other information in accordance with the law.

5. Information on facilities and equipment in a general education institution includes: Basic information about facilities, teaching equipment and other information in accordance with the law.

6. Financial information includes: Basic information about financial resources provided (revenue), expenditures and other information in accordance with the law.

7. Other information as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training and competent management agencies.

The contentsof the continuing education database include:

1. Information on the continuing education institution network includes: Information about the main educational institution and other educational institutions (if any), the type of education and other information in accordance with the law.

2. Information about the classroom system includes: Basic information about the list of classes, types of classes, learning forms, study programs, vocational and vocational training, part-time boarding and other information in accordance with the law.

3. Staff information includes: Basic information of educational institution managers, teachers and employees about general information, professional qualifications, training and retraining process, reward and discipline, computer skills, foreign languages, assessment of professional standards and other information in accordance with the law.

4. Learner's information includes: Curriculum vitae, learning process, learning results, training, health and other informationin accordance with the law.

5. Information on facilities and equipment in a continuing education institution includes: Basic information about facilities, teaching equipment and other information in accordance with the law.

6. Financial information includes: Basic information about financial resources provided (revenue), expenditures and other information in accordance with the law.

7. Other information as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training and competent management agencies.

What are content of the Database of higher education in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 8 of the Circular 42/2021/TT-BGDĐT stipulating content of the Database of higher education in Vietnam as follows:

The content of the Higher Education Database include:

1. Information on the higher education institution network includes: Information about the educational institution, type of education, information about the head office, other headquarters (if any), branches (if any), organizational structure, School Council, Management Board, Scientific Council and other information in accordance with the law.

2. Information on the list of training disciplines, including: Fields, groups of industries, training branches each training institution is allowed to provide and other information in accordance with the law.

3. Training program information includes: Basic information about the training program, type of program, training course, type of training, output standards and other information in accordance with the law.

4. Staff information includes: Basic information of educational institution managers, lecturers, staff, researchers about general information, professional qualifications, training and retraining process, programs and disciplines participating in teaching, commendation, discipline, computer skills, foreign languages, scientific background and other information in accordance with the law.

5. Learner's information includes: Information about curriculum vitae, enrollment, learning process, learning results, training, diplomas, job graduation and other information in accordance with the law.

6. Scientific and technological information includes: Network of science and technology organizations, scientists, scientific and technological activities, scientific and technological products.

7. Information on facilities and equipment in a higher education institution includes: Basic information about conditions for ensuring facilities, teaching equipment and other information in accordance with the law.

8. Financial information includes: Basic information about financial resources provided (source of revenue), expenditures, budget payment, fund appropriation and other information in accordance with the law.

9. Information on international cooperation and cooperation with enterprises includes: International cooperation programs and projects; staff and students are foreigners; programs and projects to cooperate with enterprises in mobilizing resources for training and scientific research.

10. Other information as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training and competent management agencies.
