b) Additional skills

Studying skill; communication skills; self-management skills; time management skills; teamwork skill; occupational safety and health skills.

c) In addition to the knowledge and supplementary skills specified above, depending on the training profession and the needs of students and students, the head of the vocational education and training institution decides the content of the training. additional knowledge and skills in accordance with the provisions of this Circular.

Pursuant to Clause 2 Article 4 of the Circular 32/2021/TT-BLĐTBXH stipulating contents of integrating education of supplementary knowledge and skills for students at intermediate level in Vietnam as follows:

a) Complementary knowledge

Practical and theoretical supporting knowledge related to industry, profession and training field; necessary complementary knowledge about politics, culture, society and law to meet professional job requirements; complementary knowledge of foreign languages ​​and information technology; legal knowledge directly related to the training industry, profession, job position after graduation; knowledge of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship.

b) Additional skills

Including auxiliary skills at the elementary level and the following supplementary skills: Problem solving skills; creative skills; entrepreneurship skills; skills in planning and conducting work; job management skills; personal financial management skills; decision-making skills; skills to reduce anxiety and stress at work.

Practical and theoretical complementary knowledge related to the industry, profession and training field in a wide range; necessary complementary knowledge about politics, culture, society and law to meet the requirements of professional work and social activities in the professional field; practical complementary knowledge on management, principles and methods of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the implementation processes within the scope of the training industry or profession; complementary knowledge of foreign languages ​​and information technology; legal knowledge directly related to the training industry, profession, job position after graduation; knowledge of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship.

b) Additional skills
