Vietnam: What does nomination mean?
Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 1 of Decree 49/2015/ND-CP, it is stipulated:
Nomination is the admission for undergraduate, college, and intermediate education for training officials according to the requirements of tasks, job positions, and staffing quotas; training public employees according to the needs of the job, job positions, professional title standards, and salary fund of the public service provider for regions with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions and ethnic minorities who have not yet had or have very few officials with undergraduate, college, or intermediate education levels.
