Responsibilities of subject teachers in evaluation of students of the Continuing Education Program at secondary levels in Vietnam
Based on Article 17 of Circular 43/2021/TT-BGDDT, the responsibilities of subject teachers in evaluation of students of the Continuing Education Program at secondary levels are as follows:
1. Conduct regular evaluation; participate in periodic evaluations as assigned by the Director; directly record or enter grades and evaluation levels into the Student monitoring and evaluation book (by class), the Student monitoring and evaluation book (of teachers).
2. Calculate the average score of the subject (for subjects that combine evaluation by comments and evaluation by scores); combine evaluation levels (for subjects assessed by comments) by semester, whole school year; directly record or enter grades and evaluation levels into the Student monitoring and evaluation book (by class), Student monitoring and evaluation book (of the teacher), and Student transcripts.
3. Provide information and comments on conduct and academic outcomes of students specified in Articles 8 and 9 of this Circular to class head-teachers.

Responsibilities of class head-teachers in evaluation of students of the Continuing Education Program at secondary levels in Vietnam
According to Article 18 of Circular 43/2021/TT-BGDDT, the responsibilities of class head-teachers in evaluation of students of the Continuing Education Program at secondary levels are as follows:
1. Help the Director manage the evaluation of students in the class according to this Circular.
2. Confirm the correction of grades, correction of evaluation by subject teachers; combine the conduct and academic outcomes of students in each semester, the whole school year in the Student monitoring and evaluation book (by class), and the Student transcripts.
3. Evaluate the conduct of each semester and the whole school year of students; make a list of students who are promoted to next class, have their subjects and conduct re-evaluated during summer vacation, are subject to grade repetition, and are rewarded. <0}
4. Record or enter each student's evaluation results in the Student monitoring and evaluation book (by class), Student transcripts:
a) Comments on the conduct and academic outcomes of the student; evaluation level of conduct and academic outcomes of student.
b) Record the following results: grade promotion or grade repetition; recognition for completing the lower secondary education program, the upper secondary education program or non-recognition for completing the lower secondary education program, the upper secondary education program; reward.
5. Guide students to self-assess in the process of conduct regulation and learning. Coordinate with subject teachers, Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Board of Representatives of students' parents and relevant agencies, organizations and individuals to educate students and receive feedback on the conduct regulation and learning process of students.
6. Give private notification to the student's parents or workplace of the student's conduct and academic outcomes.
