The Organization of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Unions in Elementary Schools: What are the Regulations?

The organization of the Communist Party of Vietnam and other associations in primary schools is stipulated in Article 13 of the Regulation issued with Circular 28/2020/TT-BGDDT. To be specific:

- The organization of the Communist Party of Vietnam in primary schools leads the school and operates in accordance with the regulations of the Party Charter, within the framework of the Constitution and laws.

- The organization of the Trade Union, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and other social organizations operate in primary schools according to the provisions of the law to help the school implement its educational goals and programs.

- The Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization operates according to the Charter of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization and the relevant legal regulations. The Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization has a general team leader. The standards, duties, and powers of the general team leader are implemented according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
