Subject Chemistry 6.2: Are students permitted to achieve a 'Good' grade?
According to Clause 2, Article 13 of the Evaluation and Grading Regulations for Secondary School Students and High School Students, promulgated together with Circular 58/2011/TT-BGDDT, the criteria for semester grading and full-year grading are prescribed as follows:
2. Good grade, if fulfilling the following criteria:
a) The average score of all subjects is 6.5 or higher, in which the average score of one of the two subjects Mathematics or Literature is 6.5 or higher; in the case of specialized students in specialized high schools, the average score of the specialized subject must be 6.5 or higher;
b) No subject has an average score below 5.0;
c) Subjects evaluated by remarks achieve a satisfactory level.
Based on the above regulations, in the case where your Chemistry average score is 6.2, however, if the average score of all subjects is 6.5 (in which the average score of Literature or Mathematics and Foreign Language is 6.5 or higher), you can be considered as a good student. Additionally, the subjects evaluated by remarks must achieve a satisfactory level.
Therefore, you should use the above regulations to compare with your case.
Respectfully!
