Students with good academic performance are eligible for academic encouragement scholarships?
According to Clause 1, Article 8 of Decree 84/2020/ND-CP stipulates the subjects eligible for consideration and awarding of study encouragement scholarships as follows:
...
- Students of specialized schools in arts, physical education, and sports with conduct rated from good and above, academic performance rated from average in the semester considering the scholarship, and having won a prize or medal in national, regional, or international competitions of that academic year;
- Students attending vocational education institutions, higher education institutions with academic and training results rated from good and above, and not disciplined from the level of reprimand and above in the semester considering the scholarship.
Based on the above regulations, students currently studying at higher education institutions are considered for study encouragement scholarships if in the scholarship evaluation semester they have:
- Academic performance rated from good and above;
- Training results rated from good and above;
- Not subjected to disciplinary action from the level of reprimand and above.
Note: The Principal, based on the source of study encouragement scholarships, determines the number of scholarship slots for each course and major.
