Responsibilities of Organizations and Socio-Political Organizations in Preschools in Implementing Democratic Regulations in Educational Management
Article 11 of Decree 24/2021/ND-CP stipulates the responsibility of collectives and social organizations within educational institutions as follows:
Participating in the development of admission plans, educational plans of the school, financial management plans, asset management, organizational structure, and personnel management of the educational institution.
Coordinating the organization of educational activities according to the educational plans of the school and educational institution to ensure the fulfillment of educational objectives.
Coordinating the use of private investment resources to organize educational activities and facilitating students' participation in social activities and community service, ensuring the purposes, quality, and effectiveness according to the provisions of the law.
Implementing other responsibilities and powers as prescribed by law regarding the exercise of democracy in the operations of administrative agencies and public service providers.
