Responsibilities of Families in Participating in the Management of Educational Activities at Public Preschools and General Education Schools

Please provide consultation on the regulations regarding the responsibilities of families when participating in the management of educational activities at public preschools and general education schools.

Article 15 Decree 24/2021/ND-CP stipulates the responsibility of families as follows:

1. Participation in Contributing to Educational Objectives and Plans:

- Engage in providing feedback on the educational goals and plans of the school's educational institution through the School Parents' Association.

2. Participation in Feedback on Regulations:

- Take part in giving feedback on the regulations and policies of the educational institution concerning educational measures, commendation, and student discipline.- Understand the status and results of the care, nurturing, and education activities to cooperate with the educational institution in managing and educating students.

3. Coordination for Student Safety and Activities:

- Collaborate with the educational institution and other organizations or individuals in activities intended to care for, nurture, educate, and teach students to ensure their safety.- Organize for students to participate in experiential activities, career orientation, social activities, community service, and other educational activities according to the school's educational plan.

4. Coordination in Resource Management and Usage:

- Work in conjunction with the educational institution to manage and utilize private investment resources, contributing to enhancing the quality of care, nurturing, and education of students, and ensuring student safety as stipulated by law.

5. Supervision of Educational Activities:

- Monitor the activities of the educational institution following this Decree and other legislative provisions.
